Bhuvan Avnindra Shankar Bam, born on 22 January 1994, is an Indian comedian, writer, singer, actor, songwriter and YouTube personality from Delhi. He is best known for his comedy channel BB Ki Vines, on which he plays every character himself, and received the Bollywood Hungama Style Icons award in 2023.

He was born in Vadodara, Gujarat, into a Marathi Hindu family, to Avnindra and Padma Bam, and the family later moved to Delhi. He attended Green Fields School in Delhi and graduated in history from Shaheed Bhagat Singh College of Delhi University.

His online career began with a video in which he mocked a news reporter who had asked a woman insensitive questions about the death of her son in the Kashmir floods. The video went viral in Pakistan, which inspired him to create his own YouTube channel in June 2015. BB Ki Vines is a channel whose videos, of two to 12 minutes, show the life of an urban teenager and his whimsical conversations with friends and family, all played by Bam. He plays characters such as Bhuvan, a fictionalised version of himself, Banchoddas, Sameer Fuddi, Titu Mama, Babloo, Janki, Mrs. Verma, Adrak Baba, Mr. Hola, Papa Maakichu, Detective Mangloo, Dr. Sehgal and Babli Sir, also known as Angry Masterji. He shot the videos himself on a phone’s front-facing camera, and first uploaded them to Facebook before moving to YouTube.

In August 2016 he released the music video of the song “Teri Meri Kahani”, which he sang, and followed it with “Sang Hoon Tere”, “Safar”, “Rahguzaar”, “Bas Mein”, “Ajnabee” and “Heer Ranjha”. He appeared in the short film Plus Minus with Divya Dutt, which won him a Filmfare Award in 2019.

In December 2018 he began the YouTube series Titu Talks, in which he plays his character Titu Mama interviewing guests humorously. The first episode featured Shah Rukh Khan, and at the 2019 YouTube FanFest he hosted a live bonus episode with Karan Johar. In May 2020 an episode titled “Lifeline of Society” interviewed an electrician, a house help, farmers, transgender people and milkmen about the difficulties they faced during the COVID-19 lockdown. In March 2022 the fourth episode featured the RRR cast, Ram Charan and Jr. NTR, and the director S. S. Rajamouli.

In January 2021 he said his videos had received a total of 3 billion views. In October 2021 he released the YouTube web series Dhindora, with eight episodes, singing two songs for it, “Saazish” and “Bann Gayi Zindagi”. In January 2023 he made his OTT debut with Taaza Khabar and appeared in Amazon miniTV’s Rafta Rafta opposite Srishti Rindani. In 2025 he was reported to be shooting the web series The Revolutionaries, with Rohit Saraf, Pratibha Ranta and Gurfateh Pirzada in Madhya Pradesh, due for 2026, and a film, Kuku Ki Kundali, opposite Wamiqa Gabbi.

He has been on magazine covers: the Hindustan Times Brunch in April 2019 and October 2021, Rolling Stone in July 2019 and Grazia India in January 2020 in collaboration with Puma. That month he was at the World Economic Forum, and in February 2020 he was in Forbes’ 30 Under 30 list in the category of digital content creators. His parents died in 2021 of complications from COVID-19.
