Radhika Merchant (born 18 December 1994) is an Indian businesswoman and classical dancer. She is a director at Encore Healthcare, her family’s company, and married Anant Ambani, son of Reliance chairman Mukesh Ambani, on 12 July 2024.

Early Life and Career
She is the daughter of Viren Merchant, the CEO and vice-chairman of Encore Healthcare, and Shaila Merchant. She graduated from New York University in 2017 with a degree in political science, and joined the board of Encore Healthcare.
Bharatanatyam
She trained in Bharatanatyam under Guru Bhavana Thakar and gave her arangetram, the formal debut performance, in Mumbai in June 2022. Nita Ambani, her future mother-in-law, is also trained in the dance.
Wedding
Her engagement to Anant Ambani was held on 29 December 2023 at the Shrinathji Temple in Nathdwara, Rajasthan. Pre-wedding celebrations were held in Jamnagar in March 2024, followed by a cruise in May. The wedding events ran from 12 to 18 July 2024 at Antilia and the Jio World Convention Centre in Mumbai, with a concert on 2 July, the sangeet on 5 July and the haldi on 11 July. Guests included film stars, business leaders and politicians from India and abroad.
