Drishyam 3: The Conclusion crossed Rs 500 crore at the worldwide box office on the 12th day of its release, with a global gross of Rs 501.80 crore, according to BusinessToday, NewsBytes and Sacnilk. The crime thriller earned Rs 8.50 crore net in India on day 12, which took its cumulative India net collection to Rs 323.50 crore, and its overseas gross to Rs 114 crore.

The film is the first of Ajay Devgn’s career to reach Rs 500 crore worldwide, according to the reports, and only the second Indian film of 2026 to cross the mark. BusinessToday’s headline describes it as the second film in 2026 to do so. The reports reviewed do not name the first film.

The figures can be broken down. If the worldwide gross is Rs 501.80 crore and the overseas gross is Rs 114 crore, the India gross is Rs 387.80 crore, a subtraction that IndiaX24 has made from the two reported numbers. The difference between the India gross of about Rs 388 crore and the India net of Rs 323.50 crore reflects taxes, which are included in gross figures but not in net figures.

IndiaX24 reported earlier that the film crossed Rs 200 crore in India in five days. That earlier figure and the Rs 323.50 crore net after 12 days cannot be compared directly, because the earlier headline does not say whether it refers to gross or net collection. The reports reviewed for this article do not give the day-by-day collections.

Day 12 earned Rs 8.50 crore net, which is a small fraction of the first week’s collections, and the reports reviewed do not give the day-by-day figures. Sacnilk also published a page for day 14, but it was not opened.

Day 12 added Rs 8.50 crore net, which is 2.6 per cent of the total of Rs 323.50 crore net, a calculation by IndiaX24. The share of a single late day in the total shows how front-loaded the earnings are, a pattern that is common in films of this type but that the reports reviewed do not discuss.

The film is the third in the Drishyam series, which began as a Malayalam film and was remade in Hindi with Ajay Devgn, according to general background that is not part of the reports above. The reports reviewed do not give the film’s director, its budget or the cast apart from Devgn.

The Rs 500 crore milestone is meaningful in the Hindi film industry, but it is a gross figure that includes taxes and the share of theatre owners. The reports do not give the producers’ share, the cost of the film or its profit, so the milestone does not show profitability.

The film’s run overlaps with new releases. Rajinikanth’s Jailer 2 opened on 15 October with Rs 59.70 crore net in India, as IndiaX24 reports separately, and Ramayana is due on 5 November. Screens and shows will shift towards new releases, and the sources reviewed do not say how many shows Drishyam 3 has retained.

IndiaX24 will report the film’s total after the third weekend.
